Sizing & Fit

Before placing your order, please refer to our size guide.

We use our own sizing system. Please do not compare our EU sizes directly with those of sportswear brands, as they often run small. For the most accurate fit, we recommend measuring the insoles of your current footwear and comparing the centimeter length.

Our insole measurements are listed in centimeters. To find your correct size, measure your foot from heel to toe in centimeters. For best results, measure at the end of the day when your feet are naturally slightly swollen from walking or heat.

1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat surface, against a wall or straight edge.

2. Stand barefoot on the paper with your heel gently touching the wall.

3. Mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil or pen.

4. Measure the distance from the edge of the paper to your mark in centimeters.

5. Repeat the process for your other foot, sizes can differ slightly.
   

Now that you’ve measured your feet, choose the size that corresponds to your larger foot for the most comfortable fit. You’ll find additional sizing tips in the description of each product.
